Yes, you can change the monthly due date to any day of the month except for your first monthly payment. Please note that your due day cannot be on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month.

Your first Monthly Payment due date will be at least thirty (30) calendar days after the In-Service Date and your subsequent payments will be due on the same day of each month. You will be provided a monthly invoice via regular or electronic mail.

Yes, you may prepay in full or in part amounts due under your Agreement at any time before those amounts are due without penalty. However, please refer to your individual contract for any restrictions. If you want to pay the full amount owed under your Agreement, contact our Customer Support team at (833) 353-0583 and request a final payoff amount.

No, there is no prepayment penalty for any product offering.

The payment schedule is in the Truth-in-Lending Disclosures in your contract. On each payment due date, you will pay at least the Total Amount Due under this Agreement. The Total Amount Due will be the sum of all past due amounts plus your current scheduled monthly payment.

Payments can be made in multiple ways. You can make an electronic payment from your checking or savings account or the use of a Debit Card. For added convenience, you can sign up for recurring, automatic ACH payments using a checking or savings account. You can also pay electronically through your bank's online bill pay service, send a check via mail to PO BOX 845073, Dallas, TX 75284-5073, or call (833) 353-0583 (7am-7pm CST Mon-Fri) for assistance. Currently, we do not accept credit cards.
